Does NHS practice management software support electronic claims processing?
Yes. NHS OrthoExec® Advanced Series offers a fully integrated array of practice management tools and functions including powerful accounting and automatic payment processing solutions.
OrthoExec® users can process credit card and ACH (electronic check) transactions without migrating out of their software or away from their computer, alleviating the need for traditional stand-alone point-of-sale equipment. Other OrthoExec® features that greatly simplify daily payment handling tasks and boost staff productivity include auto-posting to patient files and accounting records, the ability to make both manual and automatic recurring payments, and complete payment processing services immediately at users’ fingertips. Options for “paperless” patient billing include email statements and coupon payments.

Can I access records and information from my satellite offices?
Yes. Any practice’s authorized NHS OrthoExec® users can access tools and patient data – including electronically stored charts and images – simultaneously from multiple office locations. What’s more, NHS OrthoExec® Advanced Series integrates seamlessly with offsite access services – authorized users can access the system from any off-site location with an internet connection.

Is my practice and patient data secure?
Yes. The orthodontist can control each employee’s login and access rights to the NHS OrthoExec® system. NHS OrthoExec® integrates seamlessly with your choice of backup systems and procedures. We recommend automatic off-site third-party backup such that your practice enjoys time-stamped data protection with proof that the data has not been tampered with or accessed without authorization as well as peace of mind that you are protected from computer equipment failures, theft, or local weather events.
