Message Center

The Message Center is the practice’s “nerve center” – an ultimate daily operations management tool and the central location for all intra-office communications. Quickly assign to-do lists or recurring tasks for staff members, use the automated reminder system to prompt you about important patient milestones, or even send instant messages (IM) to any workstation in the office.
The left side displays office messages; the right side displays messages keyed for patient follow-up. Double-clicking on a patient in the grid opens the Patient Information view.
