Patient Information

This is the main Patient Information View screen. It’s loaded with areas to store patient information – perfect for going paperless. From here, clicking on the file tabs – Relations, Treatment Status, Diagnosis, Appointment History, Notepad, Siblings, Letters, Patient File Storage, Images – will take you to more information about the patient.
Click on quick links to other features – for example, TX Card (Treatment Card), Schedule, Insurance, and the patient’s Ledger – to access those additional patient management tools.
