Q&A Quick Diagnosis and Treatment

The OrthoExec Q&A Quick Diagnosis and Treatment functions allow you to quickly enter diagnosis and treatment plan information from your own user-defined list customized to your practice. Information is automatically stored in the patient’s file.
Using the Q&A at initial visit allows a quick recap of the examination in both professional and laymen’s terms, which you can print for the patient to take home and review. With another click of the mouse, you can also generate a thank-you letter to the referring doctor.
The Q&A is easily accessed from the Treatment Card as needed.
