Treatment Status

The Treatment Status section of the Patient Information View stores not only the current status, but historical information as well. Select any criteria you choose to run any custom report based on the information stored here. For example:

- how many new patients were seen this month…compared to last year
- how many patients were referred by Dr. Smith who went into treatment
- how many active patients do I have
- how many patients do I have in recall ready for treatment

Recalls are also handled in this area. There are four types of recalls: New Patient, Pre-Treatment (records taken but not committed yet), In Treatment (between phase I and II), and Retention.
